We perform rodent inspection, removal, exclusion, sanitization, and prevention work at residential and commercial properties in Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, and Liberty counties in Georgia. The scope of each job is defined in writing before work begins. We do not perform work outside the agreed scope without authorization.
Quoted prices are valid for the property and scope inspected on the day of inspection. If conditions change before service begins (additional rodent activity discovered, scope expansion requested, or property condition altered) we will requote before proceeding. Initial inspections within our service area are free of charge.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms were agreed in writing in advance. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and check. Past-due accounts may incur late fees as permitted under Georgia law.
We warrant our exclusion work against re-entry of the same target species for the period specified on the written work order (typically 90 days for standard residential exclusion, longer for full-scope commercial programs). The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, by third parties, by alteration of the sealed building, or by storm or other natural events that breach the building envelope.
To get the best result from rodent work, customers should provide reasonable access to the property, address sanitation and food-source issues we identify, and contact us promptly if activity resumes inside the warranty window. We cannot warranty work on properties where access is denied or where unsealed food sources continue to attract rodents.
Our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of business, loss of rental income, or third-party claims arising from the rodent activity itself.
All chemical treatments are performed in compliance with Georgia structural pest control regulations, EPA labeling, and the manufacturer's instructions for each product. Customers receive product information for any restricted-use materials applied to their property.
Scheduled appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations on confirmed appointments may incur a dispatch fee. Recurring monitoring programs are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be governed by Georgia law and resolved in the appropriate courts of Chatham County, Georgia. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating any legal proceeding.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at this URL on the date of your service governs that engagement.
