This policy applies to rodentcontrolsavannah.com and to information we collect when you contact Savannah Rodent Control by phone, email, or in person to schedule, receive, or inquire about rodent control services in Georgia.
We collect the minimum information needed to schedule and perform rodent control work. That generally includes your name, address, phone number, email if provided, and notes about the issue you're calling about (species, location on property, history). When we perform service, we also document property conditions in writing and photographs for our own records and any warranty follow-up.
Our website does not require any form submission. We do not run newsletter signups, email captures, or contact forms. The site uses basic server logs (IP address, page accessed, timestamp, user agent) for security and analytics purposes.
We use your information to schedule and perform the work you contacted us about, to follow up on completed service, to honor any warranty period, and to comply with Georgia structural pest control record-keeping requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to any third party. We do not share it with marketers.
Our website embeds Google Maps for our office location and uses Google Fonts for typography. These services receive your IP address and basic browser information when their resources load. We use them only as necessary to display the site and do not pass them any personally identifying information about you.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete records we are not required by law to retain.
